Recipe Directions:

Step 1: Begin by preparing your workspace. Line a baking sheet with wax  or parchment paper and set aside.

Step 2: Melt the white chocolate candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl according to the package instructions. Stir the melted chocolate until smooth and creamy.

I like to stir every 30 seconds.

Step 3: Now for the fun part! Dip each pretzel into the melted white chocolate, using a fork or spoon to ensure it’s evenly coated. Gently tap the fork or spoon on the side of the bowl to remove any excess coating.

Step 4: Place the coated pretzel on the prepared wax paper. Spoon excess chocolate into the top pretzel holes, like in the image. Leaving the bottom hole empty to create the “boo” mouth.

Step 5: While the chocolate is still wet, carefully place two candy eyeballs on the top holes of each pretzel to create the ghost’s eyes.

Allow the chocolate to harden completely at room temperature, or slide the baking sheet in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.

Once the ghost pretzels have hardened, gently remove them from the wax paper and place them in an airtight container to keep them fresh.

And there you have it – a batch of spookily sweet 3-Ingredient Chocolate Dipped Ghost Pretzels that will impress the kiddos this Halloween season!

Baker’s Tip: The best way to make these spooky snacks is to add the eyeballs quickly and firmly before the chocolate hardens. But no worries—these no-fail Halloween pretzels are such an easy recipe!
