My kids use this ice-cream pan to make instant ice-cream all the time. It is perfect for kids to use to make small batches of ice cream with little ingredients.
How To Make Ice Cream Without An Ice Cream Maker
Making homemade ice cream without an ice cream machine is so simple.
All you need is a freezer-safe baking pan, an electric beater, and a little time.
I use a 9 x 13 glass pan to make large batches of ice cream and a glass loaf pan to make small batches.
You need to freeze the pan before you begin.
Ice Cream Churn Method:
Mix your homemade ice cream recipe in a large bowl and add it to the frozen pan.
Freeze it for 30 minutes.
Take the ice cream out of the freezer and use an electric mixer to beat the mixture together.
Return the ice cream to the freezer for 30 more minutes.
Then beat it again with the mixer.
Return it to the freezer.
Keep repeating these steps until it is creamy and firm.
No-Churn Ice Cream Method:
Beat all your ingredients together really well or blend them in the blender.
Pour into a frozen pan.
Freeze for 5-6 hours.
Easy No-Churn Ice Cream
Now I don’t know about you, but I am a busy mom so the thought of taking the ice-cream out to beat it every 30 minutes seems like too much work for me.
So I guess you could say, I am more of a no-churn kind of gal.
